From the very beginning -- the title -- you caught me.  I think that no matter how good your relationship has been with your parents it is always difficult to become their caretaker -- no adult wants to let go….

-- People of our age need to read your book --whether or not we are taking care of parents -- we must face up to what is coming down the road for all of us -- we cannot choose our illnesses or disabilities but we can do all that is possible to minimize the decisions that our caretakers will have to face.

Your checklists are things that all of us should look and act on.  -- I am going to keep this book handy.

Abby Saffold, Arlington, VA

All of this will most certainly inspire others who will journey their own difficult paths and find many words of wisdom in your well-composed book.   CONGRATULATIONS, Susan on a job well-done.

Betty Ann Chapman, Chesapeake, VA

This book is a triumph, and it will be an invaluable resource for so many others.  Congratulations.
